East Palestine is a small city located in the state of Ohio in the United States of America. It is situated in the northeastern part of Ohio, about 13 miles south of the city of Salem, and approximately 50 miles southeast of Cleveland.
East Palestine is bordered by the city of Negley to the east, Unity Township to the south, Middleton Township to the north, and Unity Township and the city of New Waterford to the west.
The city has a total area of 2.88 square miles, of which 2.87 square miles is land and 0.01 square miles is water. It has a population of around 4,700 people as of 2021.
Some notable places to visit in and around East Palestine include the East Palestine City Park, the James A. Garfield National Historic Site, the Beaver Creek State Park, and the Youngstown Historical Center of Industry and Labor.
East Palestine is located near major highways such as Ohio State Route 14 and Interstate 80, providing easy access to nearby cities and towns.
